Privacy policy

This policy explains what Jadu Followers collects, where it is stored, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Your Instagram credentials

When you link an Instagram account, you sign in through Instagram’s own login page inside the app. Your username and password are encrypted using the Android Keystore and stored on your device only. They are used to restore your session when Instagram expires it, which happens routinely.

Session cookies and device identifiers needed to keep that session alive are also stored on your device. Removing a linked account or uninstalling the app deletes them.

What we collect on our servers

• A device-generated account identifier created on first launch. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number to sign up.
• Your coin balance, transaction history, and the tasks your device has completed.
• Orders you place, including the Instagram profile or post link you submit.
• Support chat messages and any files you attach to them.
• A Firebase push notification token, so we can notify you about task progress, account issues and support replies.
• Basic technical logs — app version, Android version, and error reports — used to diagnose faults.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not post, comment or message from your account. The app performs follows and likes only.
• We do not transmit your Instagram password to our servers.

Third parties

We use Google Firebase for push notifications and crash diagnostics. Coin purchases are handled by a payment provider on a web checkout page; card details are entered there and never touch our systems.

Retention and deletion

Account and order data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and the data attached to it, contact support@jadufollowers.com or use the in-app support chat. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device, including your credentials, but does not by itself delete server-side records.

Children

Jadu Followers is not intended for anyone under 13, and Instagram itself requires users to be at least 13.
